As a lifelong athlete, I have always had a passion for strength and conditioning. From playing high school and collegiate football, to moving from the big apple aka New York City into Williamsport, to training high level CrossFit and Olympic lifting athletes my overall goals as a fitness professional have remained the same: Improve my athlete's overall health and fitness while ensuring they're in a positive mental state.
Carson has been passionate about fitness for the past ten years. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2012 with an Associate of Applied Science with Honors. She's truly invested in the improvement of her clients and is devoted to achieving their goals. Her motto: "I want you to look good and feel better!"

After years of half marathons and pounding the pavement I discovered the sport of CF and was immediately passionate about everything it was about. Intensity, competitiveness, goal oriented, strong women everywhere! I then went to receive my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate followed by the CrossFit Kids and Level 2 Trainer certificate. Encouraging and working with people in a group class setting of like minded individuals is exciting, gratifying, and empowering!
While fitness is my first love, Nutrition Coaching and meal prep has also taken a front seat in my health and wellness career. As Macros by Ma, I coach people on their journey of anything from weight loss, to muscle gain, to just overall maintenance of better health. If they need help in the kitchen? I cook the foods!
I started at TLC as an intern from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2019 and officially joined the training staff shortly after graduation that year. I’ve always had a love for sports and movement, and strive to increase my knowledge of the field. Ben has always been drawn to a physical practice. Growing up he played an array of sports (including wrestling, soccer, and track), but soon he came to the realization that he enjoyed training even more than competing. After his college sports career ended, Ben dove head first into the functional fitness world, which is conveyed in his classes. Tinkering with every training modality, implement, and method he could get his hands on became a daily necessity. Pushing the body and mind to limits beyond what he originally thought possible brought about immense learning, much of which was through trial and error. However, Ben has been fortunate to enlist the help countless coaches, teachers, and mentors along the way to guide my journey. Curiosity did and still does drive the whole process and allowed for deepened understanding.
