Understanding the unique needs of each individual paired with fundamentals of rehabilitation/strength & conditioning is the foundation on which I have built my practice style on and use as guidance for the highest quality care. My goal is to assist with new injuries, chronic ones that have been nagging for some time, sports performance/general physical performance, and injury risk management strategies.”

Jess is our everything person. She is our marketing/advertising personnel along with running front desk, working on QuickBooks, fixing things at the gym, and just doing it all. She loves fitness and is always a good one to pump you up or inspire you with her stories of strength and determination.
