As a lifelong athlete, I have always had a passion for strength and conditioning. From playing high school and collegiate football, to moving from the big apple aka New York City into Williamsport, to training high level CrossFit and Olympic lifting athletes my overall goals as a fitness professional have remained the same: Improve my athlete's overall health and fitness while ensuring they're in a positive mental state.

Carson has been passionate about fitness for the past ten years. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2012 with an Associate of Applied Science with Honors. She's truly invested in the improvement of her clients and is devoted to achieving their goals. Her motto: "I want you to look good and feel better!"
Physical fitness and exercise have been a consistent part of my life from my earliest days. I’ve been known by my mentors for my fierce work ethic and doing what was needed to succeed, and encouraging others to do the same. As life continued, that mindset influenced my personal life and fitness goals. I bring that same attitude and commitment to you as a personal trainer. I’m certified as an Advanced Personal Trainer, Kinesiology Taping, and in Advanced (IASTM) Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation Massage (Blades).
I started working out when I was ready to turn my life around for good. The great trainers and people at TLC have helped and inspired me to meet my goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
To give myself the opportunity to give back, I decided to become a trainer. I find great joy in helping people do things they thought they could never do before. I look forward to meeting and helping new people from all walks of life!
