I had just celebrated my 68th birthday in excellent physical condition but felt I needed more expertise to help me with my golf fitness.  I attended a Golf Fitness Training session put on by Steven in August of 2014.  During these years that I  have been working with Stephen in his “golf” specific training program; his methods have significantly reduced my lower back pain, in addition my core strength has been dramatically increased giving me a more stable swing, while increasing my flexibility.  Also, I have found that my distance has increased since starting this program.   Each training session is multi-dimensional with emphasis on strength, flexibility and endurance.

If you are committed to increasing your overall Golf Fitness I would highly recommend Steven Kurtz….he is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his client's treating each individual with the utmost respect.
